 Cajun Fried Cornish Game Hens !

PostSubject: Cajun Fried Cornish Game Hens !   Sun Mar 14, 2010 8:36 pm

We injected them with cajun buttered garlic & spices and then fried them whole in canola oil at 350 for 10 -12 minutes !

Served them up with some grilled potatoes slices with Parmesan cheese , butter & garlic added

Garnish with lettuce & tomato

Enjoy
