We fried up some Russet potatoes slices and grilled marinated beef fillet mignon , along with grilled onions/garlic & some cheeder cheese for some Irish Nacho perfection
Forget the Lucky Charms... I'm having some of that!!! Man that does look good and is definitely going to be on my "to-eat" list! Some folks have a "to-do"... I gots me a "to-eat" and a "to-drink" and a "to-fish" list!!! A man's got to have priorities!!! hahaha
