Ingredients

6 dove or quail
1/2 cup of Italian bread crumbs
1/2 cup olive or canola oil
1 tbsp of minced garlic
1 tsp of Italian seasoning
salt & pepper
1 bottle of garlic & herb marinade
3 slices of smoked bacon
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
6 toothpics

Cooking Directions

Marinade overnight with the garlic & herb
preheat oven to 375"
rub with oil then wrap the breasts with bacon & cover them with bread crumbs, minced garlic & seasoning.

Cook for 45 minutes in a covered baking dish and remove cover & cook another 10 minutes

Serve with Italian veggies or your favorite side dish !
