DOVE HUNTS -2011
Starting September 1, 2010 by reservation. FIRST PAY - FIRST SERVE.
We have had dove hunts for over twenty five years so we feel that we know what the hunters and birds like. We limit our hunts so there are enough guns to keep birds moving but not to many hunters to get in each others way.
DOVE HUNT 750 ACRES IN TWO LOCATIONS.
Opening Day thru Labor Day - $75 per gun. Quantity Discounts available - No 1/2 days during this time period.
After Labor Day - Weekends $70, Weekdays $65, Half Days $40 - Rain checks available with bad weather.
Weatherford Field (100 acres) - LIMITED HUNTERS - 12 PER DAY - Sunflowers, milo, doveweed, mojos, decoys, vegetation mowed for easier finds, round bales for blinds, mesquite trees in some areas, two stock tanks and a spring fed creek thru the ranch. This property is a 30 minute drive from Fort Worth near Weatherford, Azle & Springtown. You are also allowed to shoot quail, chukar or pheasant during dove season, at no extra cost, at this location.
Bridgeport Field -- (750 acres) - LIMITED HUNTERS - 30 PER DAY - Dove weed, mesquites, stock tanks. Five miles southwest of Runaway Bay near Lake Bridgeport which is a one hour drive from Ft. Worth and Dallas. Lodging available at Harbor Inn at Runaway Bay or other motels in Bridgeport. This is a great place for corporate or large group outings. Fish on beautiful lake Bridgeport and hunt with us.
We can put more hunters on any property if it is a one party lease.
Meals, lodging, group rates and discounts are available upon request. All dove hunt leases are day lease only -- NO SEASON LEASES - Booked on a first pay first hunt basis.
* One youth hunter twelve (12) and under is half price with each paid parent, guardian or any paid adult on the dove hunts mentioned above.
