Kansas Deer Lease (Kansas City )

Deer hunting lease 125 acres just south of Kansas City. 50 min. south of Overland Park on 69hwy. This property has never been leased. We have to keep this from being considered a hobby farm. Big bucks on this property. Property has oak and other timber, 20 acres of beans, mix of habitat including loafing, feeding, and bedding areas, big sugar creek runs the west end of the creating a block and high deer traffic. Lots of deer trails.We put out apples, molasses and 100 lbs of minerals this week. We have a ladder and tree stand erected. Only a couple of hunts over the last 5 years, one doe and one large buck harvested 2 years ago.

Ethical, responsible, experienced hunters only. Must sign a liability release and assume the cost damage. Bow Only 2008 season $1,500 and $500 refundable damage deposit due at lease signing. Bow and Rifle $2,000 and $500 deposit. Took these pictures last year. The last buck is bigger than the first but resolution isn't good. If you’re interested I’ll send you pictures/arial.
