Ingredients
1 10-15 lb Butterball Turkey
1 16 oz jar Cajun Creole butter marinade
salt & pepper
cajun seasoning
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Remove giblets from the turkey and discard, or reserve for use in another recipe.
Rinse turkey thoroughly and pat dry.
Inject Cajun Creole butter Marinade throughout breast, thighs, and legs.
Sprinkle turkey generously with Cajun Seasoning and rub in with hands.
Place turkey in shallow roasting pan.
Loosely cover turkey with aluminum foil, and roast 3 1/2 to 4 hours in the preheated oven until the thickest part of the thigh reaches 180 degrees F.
Remove foil during the last half hour of cooking to brown turkey
