udamdan's Tater Salad grin
Boil 6 medium potatoes until tender
1/2 large 1015 sweet onion, diced
4 hard-boiled brown eggs, chopped
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 ranch dressing
1/2 cup spicy mustard
1 tbsp white vinegar or pickle juice
1/4 cup of fresh maple bacon bits
after Boiling the eggs & potatoes , mix all ingredients together
Add salt,sugar & paprika to taste
refrigerate for 2 hrs before serving
Yield: 8 to 10 servings
