Got it all ready for the grill Sunday
Made our own sweet Itailian sausage using 2 lbs of pork
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon plus 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon freshly cracked black pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne
2 tablespoons freshly chopped Italian parsley leaves
2 lbs of thick sliced Hickory smoked bacon for the weave
