Ribs & Bacon Explosion Pics

Just put um on the smoker using Hickory , will post up some more pics later

Sweet rub on the pork ribs with mustard & basted with honey & bbq sauce .

That Bacon Explosion recipe was simple Awesome too

Served with Bush's Beans and homemade tater salad garnished with a zesty pickle

Dan sure like to see what your pit looks like from the side . I am sorta looking around

We made Bacon Explosion Burgers with the leftovers too !

Man... a couple more slices of bacon on the side and that's the meal for me!!!!!


I love to take applewood bacon and cook it in the bacon to makes tiny bacon bits and then mix those into my hamburger meat mixture and then grill away. Nothing like seeing folks eyes light up when they taste the bacon but don't see it!!
