PreparationAdd Beer ,Red wine vinegar, garlic for your marinade for 1-2 hrs !
Cut 3 small russet taters into slices and add cumin , garlic & fajita seasoning, chili powder and place on a oven sheet and cook at 350 for 45 minutes
Start your grill with hot coals
Grill chicken and brush on your favorite salsa/picante sauce on them instead of bbq sauce .
Add Sharp chedder cheese to the taters and garnish with a sliced onion/tomato, peppers & Enjoy
