Ingredients:
2-3 chicken breasts
2 cups self rising flour
1/2 cup milk
3 eggs
3 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. lemon and pepper seasoning
1 tsp. salt
fry in canola oil
Cut boneless chicken breast into strips.
In large bowl, mix flour, milk, honey, lemon and pepper seasoning, salt and stir in chicken;
set aside for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in deep fryer or frying pan and set at around 325 degrees.
Fry chicken strips a few at a time for about 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and outside is golden. remove chicken to towels to drain.
Makes 4 servings
Serve um up with homemade mashed taters & buttered corn
